ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT

The benefit paid is based on the dollar amounts assigned to the injury - the more serious the injury the greater the payment. Coverage includes the loss of:

- Both Arms or Both Legs
- Both Hands or Both Feet
- Entire Sight of Both Eyes
- One Arm or One Leg
- One Hand or One Foot
- Entire Sight of One Eye
- Thumb and Index Finger (Same Hand)
- Speech
- Hearing in Both Ears
- Use of Both Arms and/or Both Legs
- Use of Both Feet or Both Hands
- Use of One Arm or One Leg
- Use of One Hand or One Foot
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance can provide financial security and allow the plan member to make necessary lifestyle changes as a result of an accident. The benefit can pay for:
- Rehabilitation
- Occupational Therapy
- Home Alterations and/or Renovations
- Vehicle Modifications
- Job Retraining
- Day Care Expenses
- Children's Education
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is an additional benefit to Life Insurance coverage. The benefits are paid directly to the plan member or to the beneficiary in the event of death.
