Communication! Communication! Communication! This is the key to any successful Group Plan. However, Communication and Employee Education is often overlooked, but not at the Blevins Insurance Group. We will work with you to ensure that your employees understand the value of the Group Plan and how to use it.
We offer Employee Meetings, live or by webinar, that will orient and educate plan members in the benefits and use of their plan. The Blevins Team will answer most employee questions and concerns about their Group Benefit Plan and it's coverage. In addition, we will provide education on Group Retirement plans including investments, risk tolerance, plan procedures, clarifying plan changes, financial planning options, retirement savings options, market studies for the best possible annuity quotes, and special circumstances.
We can provide customized presentations on any topic of your choosing and/or work with you in developing communications materials.
At Blevins we ensure that your plan members are up to date on all information related to their Group Plan. We provide Written Employee Communications that may include customized employee handbooks detailing your specific coverage, change advice, payroll stuffers, information bulletins with industry news, legislative updates, health care trends, plan and product information, and Health Newsletters with topical health issues of interest and tips and information on physical and mental well-being.
