Blevins Insurance Group (Blevins) is pleased to announce a definitive merger agreement with Jones DesLauriers & Reynolds Financial Services Group Inc. (JDR) to form a prominent Tier 2 financial services firm. The new consolidated brokerage will take the name Jones DesLauriers Blevins Insurance Group Inc. (JDB) and will offer some of the industry's most competitive and comprehensive products and services.
Once competitors in the insurance marketplace, the sales and management teams will unite to provide a wealth of services and experience to individuals and businesses throughout North America. JDB will operate from two easily accessible and centralized offices located in Toronto and Barrie.
David Blevins will continue to lead the company in the position of President and as a major shareholder.
