Robert Jones - CEO
Bob Jones joined Jones DesLauriers Blevins Insurance Group as CEO in January, 2011. Bob comes to us as the former President of JDIMI for over 25 years. Under his direction, JDIMI has made numerous strategic acquisitions and has grown to become one of the largest privately-held insurance brokerages in Canada.
Bob brings extensive background that will build on our entrepreneurial, sales-driven and client-focused business culture. Bob understands and appreciates the value and energy each employee brings to a company. Bob recognizes the team to be our greatest asset and is committed to providing a pleasant, professional, rewarding and open-door work environment. With this in mind, he can share these skills with our clients, to help develop benefit plans that match an organizations' corporate culture and philosophy.
David G. Blevins - President & Founder
David founded the Blevins Insurance Group in February, 1988 and remains its heart and soul. With over 40 years of senior experience in insurance, David is an industry leader whose hard work has been honoured many times for outstanding achievement - the Million Dollar Round Table, the prestigious Top of the Table where David is only one of a select few people in Canada to qualify, he has been nominated three times for the Best Service Industry Award from the Barrie Chamber of Commerce, and he sat on several boards. David's wealth of knowledge serves the insurance industry well as a member of several Insurance Carrier Advisory Councils whose mandate it is to improve and strengthen the position of insurance suppliers.
David enjoys the respect of his staff, clients, and the insurance industry. He has an impressive list of long-time, satisfied clients from coast to coast, in the U.S.A., and off-shore. David was drawn to insurance because it is a socially responsible product and over the years he has built a strong team that shares his vision and his passion about their work. He still has regular contact with clients, supports the executive team, and maintains quality control.
Actively involved in the community, David is a supporter of Gilda's Club, Big Brothers & Big Sisters and the MacLaren Arts Centre, as well as many others. He was the Past Chair of the United Way and instituted Dress Down Friday where staff members pay to dress casually on Fridays and donate the money to charity. In his leisure David enjoys skiing, golf, and travel.

Beth Stefaniuk - CEBS, CHN, Life Insurance License
Vice President, Operations
Beth is the Vice President, Operations. She began her career in HR where she was quickly attracted to the Employee Benefits area, supporting the employee's benefit needs. This has remained her area of focus and Beth is always looking for innovative ways to study employee health and benefit plans. She loves working with numbers and thrives on problem solving. Beth is committed to assisting employers in strengthening the most important resource of their organization - the employees.
Beth was pleased to be a part of the fundraising efforts for Gilda's Club, an organization that provides cancer support for the whole family. She started the 1st Annual Gilda's Club Curling Bonspiel in Barrie, which successfully ran for 5 years, raising over $55,000. In her leisure Beth enjoys curling and continued learning.
Tanya Dawber - CHRM, Life Insurance License,

Vice-President, Sales & Marketing
Tanya is the Vice-President, Sales & Marketing. With an expertise in Compensation, Labour and Employee Relations, Group Insurance Benefits and Retirement Plans, she is dedicated to education and professional excellence. Over the years Tanya's outstanding work has been honoured with many awards including the President's Council in 2006, 2008, and 2009, the HP Significant Accomplishment Award in 2004, the HP Significant Accomplishment Award in 2002 and 2003, the Compaq Appreciation Award in 2000 and 2002, the Compaq Unsung Hero Award in 2000 and 2001, the Extendicare Outstanding Service Award in 1999 and the Extendicare Significant Contribution Award in 1998. Tanya thrives on assisting others by finding creative solutions that solve challenging situations for her clients in addition to providing support for the JDB Insurance Group's sales force.
Tanya is actively engaged in giving back to the insurance industry and to the community. She has a part time position designing and teaching the new Benefits and Pensions Course offered at Georgian College in addition to participating in the Gilda's Club Annual Bonspiel and Big Brothers Big Sisters Curl for Kids Sake. In her leisure Tanya enjoys golf and fishing.

Scott Reynolds - B.A., CFP, CLU
Director of Business Development
Scott brings a wealth of industry experience to his position as Director of Business Development. His specialty is problem solving; focusing on helping businesses and families succeed financially. Scott's excellent work has been recognized and honoured with the President's Council Award and the Elite Life Producer Award.
Scott volunteers at his local church and in his leisure enjoys skiing, cycling, hockey, and travel.

Camille Coutu - Insurance License, CEBS
Group Benefits Consultant
Camille joined Jones Deslauriers Blevins (JDB) Insurance Group Inc. after working in a large international consulting firm in downtown Toronto. She specializes in providing unbiased and sound consulting advice concerning employee benefit programs and other group insurance arrangements. Camille has the unique ability to teach people the ins and outs of insurance, an often complex product to understand and purchase. She is very active in the insurance industry and sat on the board of the Toronto Area Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists. Camille is an in-demand presenter at educational seminars and she has written for and is frequently quoted in key industry publications.
Camille supports her community through her work at Habitat for Humanity, the Toronto Humane Society, and various other animal rights and animal welfare agencies. In her leisure Camille enjoys walking and hiking with her dogs, the arts, culture, and reading.
Geneviève Lagacé-Gore - B.A., Life Insurance License
Account Manager & Technical Analyst
Geneviève is an experienced Account Manager & Technical Analyst, servicing clients, analyzing group experiences, and handling renewals, as well as conducting marketing studies and implementing projects. She really enjoys the challenge and the diversity of her job and finds it gratifying to work with people on a personal level, providing solutions that solve their issues.
Geneviève’s young family keeps her very busy. In her limited leisure she enjoys golf and reading.
John Enright - Life & Mutual Funds License, CIP (partially completed)

John is an experienced Group Benefits Consultant who literally grew up in the industry. His father owned an Insurance Brokerage and John reaped the benefit of learning the intricacies of the insurance industry in a very unique way. John thrives on the challenge of competing each day for new business. He looks forward to meeting with new clients, creating and implementing plans that specifically address their needs, and in the process developing excellent long term working relationships built on trust. John is dedicated to delivering the best possible service and support to his clients.
John has supported his community coaching baseball and hockey and is planning to recommit to coaching in the near future. In his leisure John enjoys physical activities especially baseball, golf and hockey, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
Matthew George - Life Insurance License

Matthew is an accomplished Group Benefits Consultant who builds solid, long term relationships with his clients in order to help them fulfill their business goals, both immediate and future. The recipient of the Steve Towns Memorial Award in 2008, Matthew is working hard to change the way that people think about insurance.
Matthew supports his community as a volunteer in his church where he provides assistance with both organizational tasks and teaching. He has been the head coach of a senior high school volleyball team that competed at the provincial championship level. Athletically inclined, in his leisure Matthew enjoys fly fishing, golf, volleyball, basketball and hockey.

Stuart is an experienced Group Benefits & Individual Insurance Consultant. He thrives on helping his clients enjoy a sound financial future by introducing them to a unique mix of products and programs designed to eliminate risk and the effect of negative situations.
Stuart is committed to giving back to his community. He cooks for a local soup kitchen in addition to coaching and assisting with many youth sports teams and programs. In his leisure Stuart enjoys reading, cooking and participates in everything the outdoors has to offer.

Petrina brings a wealth of experience to her position as a Group Benefits Consultant. She believes strongly in the importance of building solid relationships with her clients, delivering the highest level of quality, and ensuring that each client is treated with the utmost respect and importance. Petrina was initially drawn, and still is, to the many facets of the insurance industry and the continuing opportunities for learning and growth. She particularly enjoys financial analysis and the challenge of building tools that increase productivity.
Petrina is committed to her family and chief among her interests are her 4 dogs and 2 horses.

Susan is an experienced financial planner who specializes in establishing and maintaining retirement and pension programs. She is dedicated to helping people take control of their finances and will conduct a review of your Retirement Plan, offer suggestions on the design and assist in the implementation of the changes. Susan works with her clients to ensure that they enjoy a comfortable retirement and/or successfully plan their estates for the protection of their loved ones. She helps her clients to understand the financial risks and shows them how to take prudent action to minimize that risk and minimize the cost.
Susan is actively involved in the community. She is a Member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Barrie, participates in Barrie Christmas Cheer, and is the past Treasurer of the Ladies Golf Committee for the Barrie Country Club. In her leisure Susan enjoys golf, curling, cross country skiing, and spending time with her family.

Laurie is a Group Benefits and Retirement Consultant with considerable experience in Savings and Retirement and Group Benefits. She finds it extremely gratifying to help her clients achieve their financial goals for retirement. She enjoys meeting new people and building long term relationships.
Laurie is engaged in giving back to her community by volunteering at the Coldwater Curling Club for the various events throughout the year. In her free time Laurie participates in curling, scuba diving, skiing, snowshoeing, and spending time with her three dogs.

Stacey is an experienced Insurance & Financial Advisor who thrives on the opportunity to help families with their insurance needs. Stacey finds being an Insurance & Financial Advisor extremely rewarding and she enjoys the flexibility that it affords.
Stacey gives back to her community as a Trainer and Manager for Mississauga Girls' Hockey. In her leisure Stacey enjoys reading, hockey, softball, going to the cottage, and spending quality time with her family.
